French Addresses

I'm agree with Hurukan in the fact that adressfield module could make a little better support of french addresses.
Administrative areas are not supported in french adresses. In french it's frequent to write it at the end of the letter (on a new line) when sending it.

And on the same line:
Postal Code (Code Postal) | City (Ville) | Country (Pays)

I'm not agree with that format. When posting a letter from "France(sender) to France(recipient)", local postal services always assumes the country is "France". That's why in France nobody write "France" on a letter when sending a letter to a "france located recipient".

However like I just said above the format could be better:

Place/Organisation Name/ Person (ex: Parisi beerhouse)
Adresse 1
Adresse 2
Postal code | City
Administrative area OR Sub administrative area OR both

In France it's frequent to write the Adminstrative area OR the Sub administrative area (sometime the first sometimes the second, it's not clearly defined), OR both but this later case is less frequent...

Moreover when sending a letter to an organisation, business company or a person..., we must write the name at the beginning of the letter.

Addressfield France with db of cities and postal codes

This module can't define administrative areas or subadministrative areas for France because according to UPU, they are not used for addressing.
A possible solution can be to write a custom plugin, like uzlov has done.
