I have set up addnode within a CCK Node Profile where registering users can select from a list of firms or create a new one. The user can create the new node and register but nothing is recorded in the cck table and the new node is not created. If the same user goes back and attempts to update the submit won't go through and it defaults back to the select list asking for an entry.

I love the idea of this module and eagerly await a fix.

Same problem here. This module simply seems not to work in many cases. Since it is unmaintained, probably it shouldn't be used.

(Currently uninstalling Addnode and looking for a replacement)
