Useful Features For Activity Stream

I think these features would be useful additions to Activity Stream:

• The ability to post directly to the Activity Stream, using a test field just like the way the user posts on Twitter.  This would mean that the user would not have to go through the process of creating a node.
• The admin can set a period of time that any Activity Stream node older than that time is not deleted, however is replaced with a new item. This would stop hundreds of nodes becoming 'empty'.
• The Activity Stream uses AJAX and JavaScript to gather new posts from across the web as soon as they are published, and not all at once when Cron runs.

These features would make the Activity Stream more reliable, user friendly, and more 'active'. Would the developer get back to me?
