Running SimplePie because of FeedAPI. Noticed that SimplePie produce an error when trying in admin to visit the drupal6/admin page

it is Activity Stream, because once deactivated the error is no more. Also the error does not show when Activity Stream is active but FeedAVI is not active.

- Error message :

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class SimplePie in /[My Host Path]/www/sites/all/modules/feedapi/parser_simplepie/simplepie.inc on line 382

How can this be fixed?
