Request for Action: 'Send email to all names in specifc 'Users references' field in CCK created node

Hi there,

I created a content type with a field of the 'Users references' kind of field by using the CCK. This field can contain multiple users, but can be sometimes empty as well.

I need an action that - with a certain transition in the workflow - sends an e-mail to the users stored in that field if present.
