stable 1.0 roadmap

Problem/Motivation

Things I want to get done before a stable 1.0.0:

- remove alterLinksBuild() now that we have alterLinkBuild() - #3564429: remove alterLinksBuild()
- remove the hack in buildSingleLink()
- #3473629: anon users can't use links - make anon use work with CSRF (or rather, make it not use CSRF, same as Flag module
- #3563420: getLinkLabel() (? others?) should allow a translated string return
- move the output form section to a separate tab?

Maybes:

- add flood control for anon use
