I was very happy to find this module, as it fit my needs perfectly.

I'm wondering how I can change what happens after the User logs in? Currently, upon logging in, the user is sent to its User page. I'd like the user to go straight to the Home Page, instead.

Is it possible to add this feature, or, could you advise how I can modify the module to do this?

Have you tried Login Destination module? Although I have not tested it myself, it might work. Give it a try, and let me know your findings, if you cannot make it work.
