Needs configurable migration id and field name

I had to hack this module a little to get it to work for me. I've included the patch for the changes I made. This isn't a final patch to fix this issue, but as a reference for the changes I made.

I also had to remove a handful of config files to in order to enable the module in my code base (also included in the patch).
