Alter the form to enable the plugins on other nodes

Problem/Motivation

Currently we support only the translation_html text format. This means that the plugins are not enabled on all other nodes that are created by the translation demo and paragraphs demo, because they have other text formats.

Proposed resolution

To enable the plugins for testing also on other nodes, alter the job item form to use our text format.
