There seems to be a slight problem in design. With the "calendar" module, month view, past dates are rendered with class named "past" and "empty". This let us specify custom design on previous dates on Month view calendar. Any way to get this back into calendar plus? Responsive and perfect but that part is missing from the regular calendar module.

Yes, I can add the past and empty classes back in. Removing them was an oversight and not intentional. I'm slammed at work at the moment but I'll try to get to it within the next week. Thanks for reporting the issue.
