Error on Drupal 8 Installation with WAMP

Hello
Now I am download drupal 8 [8.0.0-beta4],and try to install on my local pc
My PC configuration :
PHP - 5.5.12
MYSQL - 5.6.17
Apache - 2.4.9
and I am using Wampserver

In process of instalation, when Help module start, I am facing the below mentioned error

An AJAX HTTP request terminated abnormally.

ResponseText:
ReadyState: 0

After that I am using "Please continue to the error page" for complete the installation, but unfortunately, I am getting another error

i.e Call to a member function setRecipients() on a non-object in....

Please let me know the issue, so that I can start work on Drupal-8
