is this module SEO friendly?
I want to use this module my use case is, I do not want the node could be viewed in its own page for that I am using rabbit hole module which prevents direct access to node eg.node/xx i wanted to create a table of nodes node titles as links and use redirect method along with a random alphanumeric token.and display the node
Do you think this is good option

This module doesn't anything about SEO. It just enables
you to have random alpha num URLs. It doesn't improve SEO
and it doesn't harm SEO.

If you want to use SEO friendly URLs, it would be better
to use self explanatory URLs like
http://example.com/drupal_is_awesome
instead of http://example.com/r5si2mjs.
