It is not completely transparent what needs to be done to install the module. It would be great to have step-by-step instructions on where to download the Highcharts library to. Standard places for adding this information is on the project page and README.txt or INSTALL.txt file. Instructions would be similar to the following:

Make directory sites/all/libraries/highcharts
Download highcharts library at `http://highcharts.url`
The directory should look like ...
