After enabling the module, I'm getting the following notices on pages where the add to cart button is being displayed (as well as on the cart page):

Notice: Undefined index: #options in form_process_radios() (line 2881 of /Users/benkaplan/git/commerce_quickstart2/includes/form.inc).

I'm getting the same massage, but only on the product-displays with just one item.
So not on a t-shirt where you can chose a white and a black-one.
