It would be cool if the page template didn't have all the hard coded paths for the JS and CSS. Probably could be moved into a page preprocess function.

Thanks for the feedback and code! I definitely intend on improving the way this works, but no further work will proceed in this sandbox.

I am going to add this directly to the NineSixty theme. I have updated this sandbox's tags and description to decrease confusion.
