Major release of Norwegian Bokmål translation. This is of course still 100% brought to you by Drupal Norge (http://www.drupalnorge.no)
There are more than 1000 changes in this norwegian release based from Skolelinux' wordlist and norwegian bokmål rules stated by Språkrådet. This is the reason why we have to release a major version 2.0.
This release is broken because it is missing the core jstools files. Please use a later release.
Contains numerous small bugfixes. Also adds dynamicload module. This module is partly theme-dependent, and so may require the addition of custom theme files (in the module's /theme directory) before it will be fully functional on a given site.
Corrected BUG #126377 : If the site is in a subdirectory, eg server.com/mysite, the urlstart condition doesn't make a match unless you include the /mysite.
Fixed the ELUSIVE bug with creation of empty FLV files output from FFMPEG.
Added the wmode tag to Flash object. Thanks jacoder!
Now renaming (get rid of spaces, etc) the original video once they submit their video, not at conversion time. This seemed to make everything MUCH better.
Removed some stupid line feed characters that were copied and pasted from the Video module.

Fixed unusual and rare case where concatenation with the ternary operator (? :) caused a concatenation priority problem. Fixed by adding parenthesis to explicitly set evaluation order.
