So how can I make more then 2 levels with content types that have references to other content types?

Visually explaining, I'd like to have this:

-Instance N of nodetype A
  -Instance M of nodetype B, referenced by N
    -Instance P of nodetype C, referenced by M
    -Instance Q of nodetype C, referenced by M
  -Instance O of nodetype B, referenced by N
   ...and so on

Is that possible with this module? How ?

You should invert your logic and think from the child point of view. Views style settings need a "Parent" field value and provides you an unlimited-deepth tree.

-Instance N of nodetype A
-Instance M of nodetype B, referencing parent N
-Instance P of nodetype C, referencing parent M
-Instance Q of nodetype C, referencing parent M
-Instance O of nodetype B, referencing parent N
...and so on
