The changes should be apparent from the patch. Here is explanation for each, in order:

1. "Automated Logout" when referring to the process of being automatically logged out, and not the name of the module, is not a proper noun and should hence not be capitalized.
2. "Log out" is a phrasal verb and should have a space between the words "log" and "out". This is consistent with Drupal's usage; see http://drupal.org/node/546356. When used as a noun, "logout" is appropriate.
3. Don't need a period at the end of a prompt that will get a colon.
4. "JavaScript" is conventionally capitalized as such.
5. Should be consistent in usage of "auto" or "automatically" throughout page. "automatically" is more grammatical, so choosing it.
