swfupload desktop requests seen as 'mobile' and redirected to m.mysite.com

Had to turn off Mobile Tools, not sure how to solve this one...

I am using the Views Gallery 6.x-1.3 module (and using Image Fupload (most recent dev 6.x-3.x-dev) to upload images to the gallery)...

and everytime the swfupload wants to send over an image, Mobile Tools seems to think its a mobile request and sends the http request to http://m.mysite.com which results in 302 error ... Background:
I setup a mobile domain that points to same website directory for mysite.com (so mobile tools does the theme switching)... just wanted to say the Theme switching works, if i goto the regular url on my phone, it switches to m.mysite.com and pulls correct theme...

so my issue is on the desktop side...

Anyway, my settings for Mobile Tools are Device detection is done via Wurfl.
and Site type detection module is done with Mobile Tools.

Im not sure whose issue this is, but I think the swfupload request has to be interpreted by Mobile Tools (or Wurfl) as a regular desktop request... otherwise it returns a 302 temp moved error when uploading images via my Gallery.
