Remix will not play back after being saved

Hello,

I have a problem with the remix node not playing the video after the mix has been saved. Here is what happens:

1) Create Kaltura Media Remix node in Drupal (give it a title and click "continue")

2) Add media to the remix: Upload multiple videos in the Kaltura dialog box and click "next", add tags and click "next".

3) Drupal appends "edit&entries=0_fvwk7z68,0_1231iorx," to the end of my mix title in the URL bar and I get a "page not found error". Removing the appended text from the URL bar will bring me to the actual remix node page.

4) At this point the player in my node looks like this: image-01.jpg I can see that the video time line in the player is 00:00 and the player thumbnail says, "Get this collaborative video started by adding images, video or sound" If I press the "play" button at this point nothing happens except the player screen turns black and the "Get this collaborative video started by adding images, video or sound" thumbnail disappears.

5) If I click the "edit" button the editor appears and I can see and edit my uploaded media, add transitions, etc.

6) I then click "save" create a thumbnail and click "X" to close the editor.

7) I can now see the player with my thumbnail and the video time line on the player is the correct length 02:45.

8) When I click "play" the thumbnail disappears and the video time line starts to advance but the player screen is black - no video or audio is present. HOWEVER, I can see my transitions when they occur in their proper place in the mix, I just can't see the video or hear the audio. At this point the player in my node looks like this: image-02.jpg

9) When I click "edit" again I can see my mix, transitions, etc in the editor and I can re-edit and save but the mix cannot be played in the player.

This happens if I am using the simple or the advanced editor.

Here is an overview of my setup:

Dedicated Server 1:

* Drupal (pressflow 6.19)

* Kaltura’s Open Source All-in-One Video Module for Drupal version = "6.x-2.x-dev" core = "6.x" datestamp = "1282997478"

Dedicated Server 2:

* Kaltura CE 2.0.2 on CentOS 5.5 set up w/ Kaltura's XAMPP package.

What is going wrong here? Is there a setting I need to change? Kaltura Media Nodes (single videos) appear and play just fine. It's only remixes that won't play in the player.

If I need to provide more info please let me know. I really would like to get this feature working as it is the only thing keeping us from moving forward at this point. I am willing to pay to have this fixed.
