E.g. when you enter:
http://mycdn.com|.jpg

Then the CDN module will not serve .JPG files from the CDN because the case does not match. Clearly, this should be case-insensitive.

I am also seeing good results with the patch. I have another site that I will be converting someitme in the next week and will try to get to #971712 as well.
