MisterSpeed CreditAttribution: MisterSpeed commentedWe just pushed a few patches and changed, including additional handlers (one, for example, that allows to show/group by the last status change date so one can make a timeline of activity on tickets). Let's give it a few days to see if everybody's happy with this and then we can release 1.0.

izmeez CreditAttribution: izmeez commentedjust trying this out.
I was hoping enabling this module would immediately allow the admin user to edit the default views for support tickets. But not yet. Maybe a future feature request :-)
Would it be possible for the support_views module when enabled to provide a default view for support tickets that may be off by default and can be enabled to edit and use, or clone if needed?
I would like to add an exposed filter to the existing "client" ticket pages; all, all open, my open, etc.
Can anyone offer suggestions on quick steps to do this?
Or is it a matter of creating views that mimic the support ticket defaults?
Thanks.
