Views Integration for Support tickets, created by the Support module.

The 7.x-1.0 release of the module adds the following as fields:

  • Support Tickets: Assigned ID
  • Support Tickets: Client ID
  • Support Tickets: Priority
  • Support Tickets: Priority ID
  • Support Tickets: State
  • Support Tickets: State ID
  • Support Tickets: Client

The 7.x-1.2 release of the module adds a default view with the following features:

  • Fixes a bug introduced in 7.x-1.1.
  • Creates a 'My Tickets' block.
  • Shows tickets assigned to current user.
  • Shows tickets commented on by current user.
  • Shows tickets authored by current user.
  • Tickets grouped by priority.
  • Tickets sorted by last update within priority groups.

No further D6 development will take place after the D6 version reaches 1.0 stable.
Bug fixes and security fixes will still be committed against the D6 branch.

The forthcoming 7.x-1.5 branch will be the first attempt at expanding this module significantly by adding the Support Timer Views module to expose support_timer fields to views.

I'd like people to contribute snippets or views they create to help others. Do so using the component value in the issues queue.

Documentation is a little on the light side (i.e. there is none) but it's all standard views really. Just enable the module!

The 6.x-1.x version is developed and sponsored by who provide Drupal development services, Drupal Consultancy and Drupal training.

The 7.x-1.x version is developed and sponsored by MJCO who are a 'managed IT services provider' who also develop and maintain websites.
