I'd like to request comaintainership of the module... I've already spawned a small module that connects apply for role with webform. Instead of having the separate module, I'd like to integrate it into Apply for Role. I'd also like to integrate Views, which I've also been working through. I suggest a 2.x release for this functionality.

Anyway, I'm trying to get more involved in the community and have some time. So I could certainly knock off some of these open issues as well.

You can start knocking off any of those issues right now, even without being a co-maintainer.
