The ask.com engine should probably be removed as "Ask.com is abandoning its search technology to concentrate on answering questions using third-party engines." (see http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-11729051)

Merging in #980976: Remove Yahoo from search engines supported since Yahoo is closing their sitemap ping support in December (http://developer.yahoo.com/search/siteexplorer/V1/ping.html).
