When viewing a server or index, the entity configuration status (whether it lies in code or in the database, or is overridden or fixed) is now displayed.

It would be nice to have this status in the overview too - as its good to get a quick overview of the configuration (are all configuration items at default or has someone modified them?)

Also, for entities in code, delete doesn't really delete. It reverts the configuration back to the defaults, thus the UI should call it that way then. For entities being default, delete does nothing - so the link should be hidden. As example, you can look at the profile type interface of profile2 (which uses the entity UI).

Both done, thanks for the suggestions.
However, to avoid cluttering the interface for people who don't use the exportability feature, the column is only displayed if at least one default entity was defined (i.e., at least one server or index status is not exactly ENTITY_IN_DB).
