when the field is Exposed in Views. The CCK Select Other field is showing as Textbox instead of Selectbox.

Is this right place to report the bug here? Or is it a Issue in Views?

Yes, there's another issue - #858704: Actual value and not label displays in views.

This was bugging me trying to get to sleep last night... What was I thinking? This isn't a duplicate. It's similar, but not duplicate.

This is tricky. I have it displaying a select box, but if you select 'other', then it will display all values.
