Now it is the following (pasted from framework.info):
regions[left] = Left sidebar
regions[right] = Right sidebar
regions[content] = Content
regions[header] = Header
regions[nav] = Navigation
regions[footer] = Footer
I believe it should be like this (from top to bottom):
regions[header] = Header
regions[nav] = Navigation
regions[content] = Content
regions[left] = Left sidebar
regions[right] = Right sidebar
regions[footer] = Footer
It seem to me that the order of these elements is taken from framework.info, so changing the order in that file solves this minor issue. Tha file is cached, so the changes only take effect after a flush.

andregriffin commentedThis is somewhat of a personal preference. Yes it makes sense to order regions in order of their appearance in the source code, but it is also valid to list the sidebar regions first, as they are the most often used regions.
