I would like to apply as a co-maintainer, based on my support so far. I have made a patch for a module, which integrates a filter for the WYSIWYG module as an extension.
This is just a first draft, which supports tinyMCE exclusively, and only handles the url as an input, but in the future i plan to extend it, with all the parameters available by soundcloud filter, and i would also like to integrate an editing option. I believe the 2.0 version of this module could contain these updates.

I have attached the following files:
- soundcloud_filter-wysiwyg.patch
- theme_wysiwyg.tgz (this contains the created files)
