I'd like my users to be notified through their personal activity feed once their friendship request sent to another user has been approved. However, in the view I created, only the activity feed of the requestee shows the approved relationship request message. The requester's feed shows nothing.

Arguments:

  • Activity Access: Activity Context User

Filters:

  • Activity Access: Activity module's access control (Activity actor)
  • Activity Access: Node module's access control (Node author; for comments)

If I add Activity Access: User_relationships_api module's access control to the filter list, I end up with the user feed listing the activities of the context user and all of his/her friends.

D6 reached its EOL back in February 2016, and there is no active release for D6 for this module anymore.
Development or support is not planned for D6. All D6-related issues are marked as outdated in a bunch.

If the issue remains relevant for D10+ versions, merge requests with proposed solutions for a new module version (D10+) are welcome in a new follow-up issue.
