The configuration link on the modules screen just leads to the Dashboard. From the Tasks tab, the only entry listed is for configuring permissions. The Tweet button does appear on articles, which means there has to be a way to configure its appearance.

Let me refine my initial report and lower the priority. The configure link in the module menu leads to the dashboard. However, there are configuration option in the Configure menu. For some reason, I missed them at the bottom of the page.
