Does Drupal-6.x will work on WampServer 2.0i ?
This contains PHP 5.3.0 and i see there are many PHP 5.3 Compatibility issues in D-6.x

Yes, it works.
But I noticed that most php libraries are missing. You may lost most featurds including clean Urls. My advice: use XAMPP!

Yes i also make use of Xampp on my windows XP and Windows 7 machines and its working perfectly.

It will work, yes.

However, note that you can go to wampserver's website and install php 5.2.11 alongside 5.3, and choose which one is used.
