I don't know how to explain what I need, so I'll just give an example:
I have really big site. I have content admin and forum admin.
I want that my forum admin will be able to set permissions using TAC only on terms under the "Forum" vocabulary.

Is it possible to add that feature to the next version?
When is the next version?
When do you plan to release the 5.0 version?
