Great module, just a minor usability improvement suggested:

As a fairly new user to the Devel module, I realise now one of the things which made it difficult for me to find the Devel things: the Devel name is not really in your face when you install the module. When (as I had) I had inherited loads of other modules there were dozens of possible blocks to enable, and it was not clear at all what blocks belonged to the Devel module.

Suggestion:
a) In the www.example.com/admin/build/block page use the titles "Devel: Development" and "Devel: Switch user" rather than the more anonymous "Development" and "Switch user"
b) In the front-end display, make the block title "Devel" rather than "Development". Anybody who installs and uses the "Devel" module will know it by that name, so it's best to make it explicit and consistent.

I'm not sure... This might make the titles wrap to two lines, and they're too big already...
