Please try with the 6.x-1.x-dev version (also make sure to use the matching 6.x-2.x-dev of xmlsitemap).

With Domain XML Sitemap 6.x-1.x-dev and XML Sitemap 6.x-2.x-dev, I have the same exact situation:

Installing the Elements module causes the table to display correctly:
