Hi,

I am on Drupal 6.19, on sky theme, and have footermap v6.x-1.6

Footermap works perfectly until I refresh any page twice. As long as I am on configure sky template page too, it is perfect. Once I move to any other page ad refresh the page twice, the footer moves from the left of the page to the center. All list items get stacked into a single column (earlier were in two columns), and looks like the DIV tag is not separating the text. The issue occurs on any browser.

I understand this is because the css getting generated each time on the configure template file is correct, but the temporary css file generated is bad. I have tried playing with the footermap css without success and tried putting off the css optimization option in drupal with no luck. The page source generated for footermap however looks exactly same.

I appreciate help. Thanks.

I'll take a look at this as soon as I can.

I installed sky 6.x.3.10 and I wasn't able to reproduce this with either footermap 6.x-1.6 or the development version. I tried turning cache on and off in footermap, menu headers, different menus, etc... CSS/JS optimization on and off too. It behaved the same.

I did get a ton of errors from sky module complaining about non-existent attributes and classes though.

Have you tried the dev version of footermap?

Many thanks for your quick support on this, most appreciated.

No, I have not tried the dev version of footmap.

The interesting thing at this point is that my production website is not showing this deformation anymore (it had earlier), but the development version on my PC is! And I have not changed anything. Also, I am surprised on the sky theme issues - since I don't have a single issue there.

Let me update you in a few days time and also let me try the dev version. Thanks once again for this lovely mod and the support.

Hi mradcliffe,

Unfortunately the issue persists and shows up erratically. It does not seem to follow a pattern, but seems to occur more often in firefox than opera browser. I have installled the dev version on test and production just now. Will update you how it keeps showing up in a couple of days.

Hello,

With the dev version, the problem occurs very rarely though I would not say it has gone away completely. I would think this is not a significant issue given the very rare nature. Thank you.
