Indicate that a product's options have been updated

There doesn't seem to be a way to see that a product's options have been changed-- there's no watchdog entry or other indication. Perhaps the "node updated" time should be set when a product's options are edited?

This might be useful so a higher-level admin can track when a product has been edited and the options changed by another user.
