How the hell could I make users provide a feed link so when they post on their websites/blogs, the posts get auto posted on my drigg powered website?! Just like on the Digg.com website...

Get it now?!

Administer > User management > Permissions > aggregator module
If you give permissions to authenticate users they can access news feeds and/or administer news feeds. But that means they will be able to delete other feeds also (and you don't want that).
