Can someone tell me where should be a template views (views-view.tpl.php, views-view - . Tpl.php)?
I copied the theme files in the folders: basic /, basic / templates, basic / templates - does not work.

you can place them anywhere within the theme. Make sure that you use the "rescan template files" feature within Views to check to see where the file resides. Everytime to move the file to a new location, you'll have to rescan via the Views UI.
