Visa logo is out of date

I'm going to assume ubercart/payment/uc_2checkout/2cocc05.gif also needs to be changed.

Marking this as needs work because all the credit card images and the 2checkout image need to be verified - it's been many years since those images were added and it's likely at least one other has changed.

Tagging.

I replaced the Visa logo in both branches with the new style logo but one that fits better with the other credit card icons than the one attached above, and also updated the 2Checkout logo in 6.x to match the updated logo that TR already committed to 7.x.
