jquery ui module allows usage of themeroller ui themes. #388384: Allow usage of jQuery UI themes from the themeroller That means that all modal dialogs and windows does not need custom theme. This module places wired close button and thick black line around modal dialog. There is no need for that. Must be removed.

How about you try that again.
The reason that there is a custom style is that jQuery UI 1.6, the version that doesn't require jQuery Update, and therefore the most common version used in Drupal 6, does not come with any themes and therefore out of the box this module would not be usable in any form.
Now of course if you requested nicely that I change the default style to only show when another theme is not available, or when a user would prefer to use another theme over the default, we might have something to talk about...
Never, ever, ever tell someone who has put there own personal time into offering a module, theme or anything to the community that they MUST do anything.
