No Audio After .wmv Conversion

I was able to get everything configured and upload a .wmv successfully. Unfortunately, there is no audio. I am using flowplayer which is playing the converted file fine just no audio.

The only audio setting I can find is the audio bitrate here /admin/settings/video/transcoders. Any ideas? Is this a known issue or am I missing something?

I am prototyping a fiber-connected video solution using this module.
