I was using Salesforce API 6.x-2.0-alpha2 and Salesforce Webform 6.x-1.x-dev

Typical installed. Created a new webform, created mapping, mapping was not applied to submissions. Tracked issue down to sf_webform not correctly parsing the nid out of mapping name. Patch included.
