Re-work the automated-handling of blocks for the redesign so that search-related blocks display not only on the standard apachesolr_search pages but also the new apachesolr_multisitesearch pages as well.

I set the positioning appropriately for these elements HOWEVER some of them can't actually display due to issues with apachesolr_multisitesearch and its implementation of facets that can be enabled. I'm working on that issue separately, so I might close this ticket independently depending on progress with that issue.
