Missing row 'add-new' class, trivial patch.
(+ remove the 'menu-disabled' class, it was used in CCK D6 to get a 'dimmed' effect on some rows, but this class disappeared in Seven theme.

Bojhan CreditAttribution: Bojhan commentedLets get an accessibility annotation on this, sure there is a reason for doing this like this.

mgiffordIsn't this just a CSS issue? The patch just seems to add a class that is relevant for D7 & drop one that was relevant for D6. Might be worth looking for other instances like this.
I don't think the patch has any accessibility advantages. It's just styled consistently now. Right @yched?

yched CreditAttribution: yched commentedyes, 'add-new' is just the class field_ui uses to take care of precisely those two glitches. 'Add new field' row has it, but for some reason it's missing for 'Add existing field'. Nothing new, just a trivial bugfix.
