Fixing multiple issues.

Clear cache after upgrade.

If on open atrium, make sure to DISABLE the casetracker_basic module in favor of the atrium_casetracker module.

If not on open atrium, keep casetracker_basic enabled. It is still a dependency even though it doesn't say so explicitly.

If this release doesn't have any bugs in the next couple days, I will release a stable version. Yay!
