If a user unsubscribes he still will show up on the admin newsletter subscriptions list.
Export is also wrong and doesn't filter unsubscribed.

Attached patch committed to 6--2 as a quickfix. Better would be to rewrite the filter part though...

This feature was new in 6--1 so no backport needed. Sutharsan, does this need any port to D7?
