Hi there!
Before I go on a full-on job search, I figured I would drop a note in here and see if there are any interested parties first.
Me: Themer working in the field since Drupal 4.7, currently employed full-time for a successful, busy development shop working on Drupal 6 projects (large and small). I'm proficient in theming Panels, Views, CCK, Zen subthemes, etc... basically all the industry standards in terms of contrib modules and theming methods. Advanced XHTML/CSS skills, intermediate PHP/jQuery skills, intimate knowledge of Internet Explorer's CSS bugs and quirks, and I come from a fine arts background. I'm open to doing design work, but honestly I'm happier and more efficient as a production person, cranking stuff out. I can form complete sentences, communicate with clients and juggle multiple projects.
You: Drupal shop that is looking for a steady part-time themer for about 10 hours a week. Able to provide work for the foreseeable future, as I'm looking building a long term business relationship and the stability that comes with that.
I prefer to work on a monthly retainer basis for a nice discount, but I am willing to invoice monthly for work performed if the work is constant.
If this sounds like an interesting preposition to someone out there, please contact me for further details about rates and to see examples of my work.
Thanks!
- Jack
