When I uninstall, the content type agreservations_unittype does not get removed.

Wait, this might be because I added this to Ubercart as a class?

yes you are right i think. If you added agreservations_unittype as a productclass(which you normaly do when using agreservations)
you have to delete this contenttype manually when uninstalling. I hope to get that automated/fixed soon.
