On this page www.example.com/admin/settings/luceneapi_node the link to "search settings" page (under the "Hide Core Search" section) links to http://admin/settings/luceneapi and does not include the domain name

The attached patch fixes the issue, and it also sneaks in a navigation bug fix that redirects you back to the Search Lucene Content page after the other admin forms are submitted.
